Michelle Woolley

Accounts Administrator

Michelle has only been with us since July 2009 but has become passionate about her work once she realised that we all share a dedication to helping people - she will also help you get your hearing aids up and running. 

Michelle is responsible for client accounts and front desk hearing aid technical assistance/customer support as well as recently taken up the role of designing our marketing material and newspaper advertising. Michelle is passionate about customer service, loyal, friendly, down-to-earth and lots of life experience and empathy with others young and young at heart!

Before coming to Tauranga Audiology, Michelle spent several years in London/Europe and Wellington working mostly in Executive Assistant roles with the odd nannying contract before returning to NZ to have a child in 2006 and be a stay-at-home mum. Like our other team members, Michelle also grew up on a farm (in Opiki) and loves to spend time outdoors. Michelle also loves hanging out with her beautiful 4-year-old daughter Mikaela-Rose, spending time with friends, road trips, doing markets and is passionate about anything creative (scrapbooking/craft/art (multimedia) and photography and is currently learning to use Photoshop), spiritual activities and development, going for walks and cooking up a storm from her own home-grown vege garden!
