Cathy Fell

Clinic Manager

There is always a warm smiling face and a very efficient caring attitude from Cathy - she comes to us from Leeder Health so has a lot of experience liasing with third party funders as well as a bit of a bent for things technical.

She started in January 2008 and since has helped build the business to a two audiologist practice, as well as creating new systems and processes. Her role as practice manager encompasses technical support through to liaising with ACC, Veteran’s Affairs, insurance companies, other funding agencies and clients.

Her previous employment for 4 years was in the health industry – rehabilitation, for Leeder Health, as accounts manager, where ACC was their major client. This was beneficial with her role here at Tauranga Audiology, due to the familiarity of accounting practices and liaising with the case managers.

Cathy was the secretary of the Papamoa Sports Club for 8 years, and enjoyed the interaction with members of 18 affiliated sports groups. She and her husband Greg, leased the Te Aroha Motel for 4 years – which developed her interest and passion in working with the public. Her interests include: fishing, golfing, holidays in their caravan at Papa Aroha, on the Coromandel Peninsula, family and having fun with friends.
