Clinical staff are highly experienced, fully qualified audiologists who can give a wide range of advice.
You will receive a highly professional service from us at the most competitive cost.

Home visits are possible, but we would prefer to see you in the clinic so we can fully use our equipment and facilities. Home visits are usually not economic for us, but we do them occasionally as a community service where clients are very elderly and/or are immobile. If you are a long time client of ours we will go to great lengths to continue helping you.

Buying on line We recommend you do not buy hearing aids on line. Much of the cost of a hearing aid is the service you receive from us, and also indirectly from the New Zealand supplier. The audiologists' skill is in recommending the right hearing aids, and fitting them using real ear measurements to the acoustics of your ears. The fitting fee still applies. There is no right of return if not suitable. There may be warranty problems and local suppliers may be reluctant to help us if we need support. ( We do not sell on line.)

Second hand hearing aids:  May not be economic to fit. "In the ear aids" have to be remade to your ears. Some fitting fees apply (negotiable). There is no right of return, there is no government subsidy, and may be no warranty. The technology may be very old or the aids may be faulty. Often it is not much more expensive to buy new hearing hearing aids. We are happy to look at what you have got and advise.

We accept EFTPOS and most credit cards.
